It is very difficult to find a good inspector or the proper guidance on how to handle indoor environmental sciences. Although we travel nationwide, sometimes it isn’t economical. This is why we offer video consultations.

An online Video Consult may provide professional guidance, education, and insight on the following:
Tracking down health concerns based on a recent diagnosis or symptoms
Home improvement and renovations
Home and/or building performance
HVAC design and function
General air quality improvements
Documentation or reports provided (such as a building floorplan, previous inspection reports and lab results, etc.)
Behaviors in the home or building

Further your education in a particular subject area
Analyze, discuss, and/or suggest a method or process for a project
Make recommendations for inspection tools, how to use them, and how to analyze the data

Our Pricing
Video Consult — $300/hr
All virtual consults include:
A face-to-face, one-on-one virtual conference via ZOOM with a certified professional
Expert advice pertaining to your needs
A recording of the ZOOM meeting and detailed notes for your records
Video Consult + Documentation Analysis — $200 flat fee* + $300/hr
This service includes a one-hour virtual consultation and the following:
A thorough analysis of documentation provided prior to the scheduled call. This documentation may include but is not limited to a clinical results, lab results, inspection and engineering reports, and building floor plans, architectural or mechanical plans, heat load calculations, etc.
A detailed summary that includes key discussion points and recommendations from the ZOOM meeting.
*$200 flat fee is for any documentation will will take less than one hour to review. Any additional documentation will be subject to the standard $300/hr hourly rate.
Your Environmentalist
Brantley is a Building Scientist and Council-Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant with a specialty in Mycology and certified by the McCrone Research Institute and the Oshner Medical Center for the examination and identification of fungal spores and pollen via microscopy.
Brantley is certified by the Building Performance Institute as a Building Analyst, Building Envelope Professional, and Infiltration and Duct Leakage Expert. Brantley also holds several certifications related to the identification of Mycotoxins, Water Damage, Odor Control, Structural Drying, Infectious Disease Control, and Energy efficiency issues and is a student of Mechanical Engineering.
He is also a state-licensed mold assessor who carries the credentials for teaching and proctoring exams for other professionals to receive their state accreditations and certifications in mold and environmental-related services.
